N&C Inc., a Baltimore-based provider of tools for advocates to analyze complex content, discover insights, and better represent the interest of their clients and stakeholders, raised $275k in equity financing.
The round was led by Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority (MSBDFA), a financing program of the Maryland Department of Commerce, the state’s primary economic development agency.
The company intends to use the funds to advance new market initiatives.
Led by John Davis II, founder and CEO, N&C provides Regendus, a regulatory intelligence platform for for analysts and subject matter experts to automate analytic capabilities, promote public engagement, and accelerate strategic decisions.
The platform has several applications including influencing a proposed regulation, building a coalition of interest groups, or anticipating governance risks.
