Domuso Raises $3.1M in Funding

Domuso, a Los Angeles, CA – based financial platform for renters, raised $3.1m in funding.

The majority of investors who participated are owner/operators of rental properties, including real estate magnate David Kim, founder of Bascom Group.

The company, which has raised $5.8m in total funding, intends to use the capital to continue expanding its technology, focusing on further development of data and risk management as well as integrations with additional rental payment providers.

Co-founded by Damian Langere, Michael Lightfoot, and Keith Wasserman, Domuso is a data-driven financial platform for renters to pay over time (up to 6-12 months), while property owners get paid up front at no risk.
It is used by operators across the US, including TruAmerica, Bascom Group, Moss & Company, FPI Management and others.
