Converseon Closes $5M Series A Funding

Converseon, a NYC-based provider of social and voice of customer intelligence technologies and consulting services, completed a $5m Series A funding.

The investment was made by a group of private investors.

The company, which has raised $7.5m in total, intends to use the funds to further scale out its AI-powered SaaS technology and further productize its family of key insights solutions powered by the technology in the areas of audience and campaign analysis and social brand tracking.

Led by Rob Key, Founder and CEO, Converseon provides brands with social intelligence technologies, insights and consulting services. Its Convey.AI is an AI focused natural language processing solution that enables companies to separate signals from the vast noise of social media and provide more precise sentiment and emotional analysis. It is available as a REST API.
The Conversus platform is integrated with Convey.AI to enable users to leverage machine-learning directly to further cleanse and customize the data analysis so that it can be effectively utilized cross organizations and integrated into predictive models to drive business results.
It enables users to build a wide range of custom classifiers, including advocacy, customer care, customer experience and more.
