Auvik Networks Raises $15M in Series B Funding

Auvik Networks, a Waterloo, ON, Canada-based provider of network monitoring and management software for managed service providers, raised CAD$15m in Series B round of financing.

The round was led by OpenView, with participation from existing investors Celtic House Venture Partners and Rho Canada Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Ricky Pelletier, Partner at OpenView, joined Auvik Networks’ board.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, partner success initiatives, and expansion into new markets.

Led by Marc Morin, CEO, Auvik provides cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) software focused on network infrastructure, such as switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi controllers, which gives MSPs visibility, documentation, and monitoring for their client networks, and automates time-consuming network tasks.
