1confirmation, a San Francisco, CA-based fund early stage venture capital firm focused on blockchain-focused companies, is raising its first fund.
Per an SEC filing, 1confirmation Fund, L.P., is seeking $20m and funds have not been raised, yet.
Founded by Nick Tomaino, 1confirmation aims to support founders who are decentralizing the web and society offering them capital as well as business development and community building expertise. The investment activity has not started, yet.
According to his LinkedIn account, Tomaino is a principal at Runa Capital and prevously worked at Coinbase (Business Development), North Atlantic Capital (Associate), and First New York Securities (Assistant Trader).
