Rewired Solutions, a Sarasota, Florida-based SaaS based recruiting application, raised $1m in Series A funding.
The round was led by New World Angels (NWA), Florida’s premier structured angel investor group, which invested $377.5k. NWA members Larry Frank (who co-led the due diligence team with member Gary Dumas) and Jim Schnare have agreed to join Rewired Solutions’ board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its application and to expand offerings to current and new customers engaged in high-volume hiring campaigns.
Led by Tim Hearon, founder and CEO, and Joe Ferry, Chief Operating Officer, Rewired Solutions provides technology and data-driven solutions to map the right people and help large organizations mitigate the challenges inherent to high-volume hiring. Through targeted marketing powered by data science, the company’s application models top performing employees of large enterprises and then applies this knowledge to digitally target and source candidates who are not actively seeking employment.
