Redfin Corporation (NASDAQ:RDFN), a Seattle, WA-based technology-powered residential real estate brokerage, priced its initial public offering of 9,231,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share.
All of the shares are being offered by Redfin. The shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “RDFN” on July 28, 2017. In addition, Redfin has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,384,650 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Allen & Company LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets are also acting as book-running managers for the offering, and Oppenheimer & Co. and Stifel are acting as co-managers.
The company raised over $135m in funding from such investors as Annox Capital Management, Brothers Brook, Glynn Capital Management, T. Rowe Price Associates, Tiger Global Management, Wellington Management Company, Austin Ligon, DFJ Venture Capital, Globespan Capital Partners, Greylock Partners, The Hillman Company, Vulcan Capital, and Madrona Venture Group.
