DBmaestro Raises $4.5M in Funding

DBmaestro, a Boston, MA-based provider of DevSecOps solutions for database technology, raised $4.5m in funding.

The round was led by Vertex Ventures, with participation from existing investors Stage 1, Lool Ventures and iAngels. In conjunction with the funding, Emanuel Timor, General Partner, Vertex Ventures Israel joined DBmaestro’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to launch its database automation solutions and extend its global sales and marketing reach.

Led by Yariv Tabac, Co-founder & CEO, DBmaestro provides a technology platform for operational integrity of release automation, versioning, and policy control, increasing productivity and automation. Major Global 2000 enterprises, such as banks, insurance companies, energy, and technology companies, use DBmaestro for continuous delivery for databases within DevOps and DevSecOps environments.
