Breega Capital, a Paris, France-based venture capital firm, has launched a new €100m fund.
Led by François Paulus, Maximilien Bacot, and Ben Marrel, Breega invests in European promising technology startups looking for their first (Seed/Series A) round of financing. Areas of focus include blockchain, foodtech, SaaS, fintech, insurtech, adtech, martech, IoT, healthtech, edtech, robotics, marketplaces, etc.
Built around a team of entrepreneurs acting as an active business partner rather than a simple investor, the firm provides industry and operational expertise as well as international business development support beyond money.
The core team of Breega also includes Wendy Wattebled, Isabelle Gallo, Victor Drault, Robin Sappe, and Pauline Chau.
