AutoLotto Raises $17M in Series A Funding

AutoLotto, a San Francisco, CA-based mobile lottery service, closed a $17m Series A funding round.

Investors include Tom Arrix, Jason Port, Bruce Gibney, Ben Narasin, Ryan Scott, and Aurum Partners, among others.

The company, which has raised more than $19m since its inception, intends to use the funds to scale the team and further expand its presence in the US and abroad.

Led by president Matt Clemenson, AutoLotto provides an iOS and Android app, which allows users to play the Powerball and get lottery results on their phone. The AutoLotto app is available nationwide with lottery ticket scanning and tracking abilities.
The company also announced partnerships with media giants iHeartMedia and Gatehouse Media, which have each invested and contributed media assets, to accelerate market coverage on multiple distribution mediums.
