Minerva Secures $7.5M in Series A Funding

Minerva, a Petach Tikva, Israel-based provider of endpoint security solutions, closed a $7.5m Series A funding.

The round was led by Amplify Partners with participation from StageOne Ventures and Webb Investment Network.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate adoption and deployment of its platform and expand global sales and marketing efforts.

Led by Eddy Bobritsky, Co-Founder and CEO, Minerva brings a new approach to endpoint security by controlling the way malicious software perceives its reality, focusing on automatically blocking unknown, stealthy threats that are designed to stay under the radar of existing defenses. Instead of attempting to seek and identify malware, its Anti-Evasion Platform creates a virtual reality on the endpoint that causes malware to disarm itself.

The company has offices in New York and Atlanta.
