HelloSign Raises $16M in Series B Funding

HelloSign, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an intelligent business platform, raised $16m in Series B financing.

The round was led by Foundry Group and Zach Coelius with participation from existing investors US Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Keith Rabois, Joshua Reeves, Paul Buchheit, and Webb Investment Networks. In conjunction with the funding, Ryan McIntyre, Co-founder of Foundry Group, will join HelloSign’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate enterprise expansion and fund product innovation.

Led by Joseph Walla, CEO and Co-founder, Whitney Bouck, COO, HelloSign provides an intelligent business platform that features eSignatures, digital workflow and electronic fax solutions (HelloSign, HelloWorks and HelloFax). to over 50,000 businesses in more than 150 countries.
Over the last year, the company landed major enterprise customers and launched integrations with Oracle Document Cloud and Salesforce.
