BlueFox.io, a Sunnyvale, CA-based developer of real-time customer engagement solutions, closed its $7m Series A funding.
Backers included Baseline Ventures, Panasonic, NewGen Capital and Pentalog.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate growth.
Led by Guillaume de La Tour, founder and CEO, BlueFox.io provides brands and brick & mortar retailers with a cloud-based real-time mobile customer engagement solution with no apps or beacon installations. The B2B platform enables companies to engage with targeted customers with SMS promotions as they approach stores or products and increase sales.
