Aera Technology, a Mountain View, CA-based developer of cognitive technology that enables the Self-Driving Enterprise, raised $50m in funding.
The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
Led by Frederic Laluyaux, President and CEO, Aera brings together proprietary data crawler technology and business domain expertise, previously branded as FusionOps, with new cloud scale and cognitive skills to enable the Self-Driving Enterprise, a cognitive operating system that connects people with the business and autonomously orchestrates operations.
To enable people to relate to data, and innovate organizations functionality, the company’s platform leverages proprietary data crawling, industry models, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Aera serves the Global 1000 from 8 offices.
