Restopolitan, a French online restaurant booking, acquired MiSiedo, an online booking platform for mid/high level restaurants.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with it, P101, H-Farm, 2night and Kisbo exited the company.
Founded by Simone Tomaello, who will continue to led the Italian part of the business following the close of the transaction, MiSiedo has raised over €1.8m.
Founded in 2006 and led by Stéphanie Pelaprat, Restopolitan is an online reservation platform for restaurants with over 300k users and over 3,500 restaurant partners in France, Spain, and Luxembourg.
The deal will enable the company to continue to expand in Europa adding users and and the restaurant network from Mi Siedo.
