N2W Software, a West Palm Beach, FL-based provider of cloud-native data protection and disaster recovery for Amazon Web Service (AWS), closed a round of funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by global private equity and venture capital firm Insight Venture Partners. In addition to the funding, Ratmir Timashev, co-founder of Veeam Software, joined N2W’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance its product offerings and expand operations with marketing, sales and development talent (read here).
Founded in 2012 by CTO Uri Wolloch, and led by CEO Jason Judge and COO Andy Langsam, N2W Software provides enterprise-class data protection for production environments deployed in the public cloud. Its Cloud Protection Manager (CPM) is a backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solution specifically optimized for Amazon’s AWS EC2 infrastructure and other public cloud providers.
The company is also expanding its development center in Haifa, Israel, and opening a new headquarters in the United States based in West Palm Beach, FL.
