BorsadelCredito.it, a Milan, Italy-based SME market peer to peer lending company, closed €1.6m in funding.
The round was led by P101 and Gc Holding, with participation from Azimut, via Azimut Enterprises Holding, and other private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to open the platform to institutional investors.
Led by Ivan Pellegrini, CEO, and Antonio Lafiosca, Chief Operating Officer, BorsadelCredito.it operates a P2P lending platform for SMEs. The platform enables companies to borrow from peer lenders obtaining the money in 3 business days. Lenders can diverify their investments in several companies with different risk profiles (assessed by the platform) while a guarantee fund protect from attivato potential losses.
BorsadelCredito.it is authorized by Banca d’Italia.
