Intapp, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of business applications for law firms and professional services firms, received a significant investment from Temasek, a Singapore-based investment company.
Temasek will work alongside Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm which invested in Intapp in 2012.
The company will use the funds for the continued expansion over time — both organically and through acquisitions — deepening its offerings for the legal market, and extending its solutions for the broader professional services space worldwide.
Led by John Hall, CEO, Intapp provides software products for law, consulting, accounting and financial services firms to manage and optimize avery aspect of their business, to address top strategic objectives, including meeting client compliance requirements, managing risk, increasing profitability, reducing operational costs and improving business process efficiency.
