Reputation.com, a Redwood City, CA-based Online Reputation Management (ORM) platform, closed its latest round with funding from Heritage Group.
The investment came from Heritage’s second Healthcare Innovation Fund, which is backed by 14 healthcare organizations including Adventist Health System, Community Health Systems, Intermountain Healthcare, Sutter Health, and Tenet Health.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations and its market reach.
Led by Shrey Bhatia, President and CEO, Reputation.com provides a SaaS automated platform that enables businesses across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific to monitor and respond to reviews, tap into vast quantities of experience data and sentiment to make systematic improvements in the delivery of their services and improve their reputation online. The company’s technology has managed tens of millions of consumer reviews and interactions across hundreds of thousands of online points of presence for global companies spanning 77 industry verticals, including healthcare, retail, automotive, restaurants and others.
