Intelling Limited, a Manchester, UK-based communications company providing customer services, received a £3m private equity investment.
NVM Private Equity made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen the growth of core activity.
Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Phil Morgan (CEO), Intelling offers a range of inbound and outbound telemarketing and customer care services, specializing in the business to consumer market. The company has developed a network of brokers and affiliates from which it acquires data for its contact centres and then generates its own data, ensuring Telecoms & Media, Utilities, Retail, Technology & Consulting companies have the maximum protection as they outsource their services to it.
Clients include companies such as Telefonica and Missguided, among others.
Intelling currently has approximately 400 staff in Manchester and additional offices in Belfast and Burnley.
