Garrison Technology Limited, a London, UK-based cybersecurity company, raised £12.0m in funding.
The round was led by Touchstone Innovations plc (AIM: IVO), which committed £3.85m holding now a 22.5% stake in the company, with participation from BGF Ventures, NM Capital and existing angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and commercialization, continuing to grow its team in advance of formally launching its product to market.
Founded by CEO Dave Garfield and CTO Henry Harrison, Garrison is advancing an anti-malware product that blocks internet-borne targeted attacks.
