Eco-Site Receives $50M Credit Facility from Guggenheim Partners

Eco-Site, Inc., a Durham, N.C.-based wireless tower and densification solutions company, reiceved a $50m investment from funds managed by Guggenheim Partners.

Guggenheim Corporate Funding, LLC, acted as administrative agent and lead arranger.

The company intends to use the funds to complete infrastructure solutions for major US telecom carriers.

Founded in 2012 by Dale Carey, CEO, Eco-Site builds, owns and operates wireless infrastructure delivering customized, scalable solutions to carriers as they invest in network coverage, capacity and 5G capability.

The company has offices nationwide.
