SpringCM, a Chicago, IL-based document and sales contract management solutions for Salesforce customers, raised $25m in funding.
Backers included Crestline Investors and Foundation Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for continued development of new applications for document and contract management, as well as onboarding new positions in engineering, sales and more.

It manages contracts and all types of documents across desktop, mobile and partner applications like Salesforce. Its suite of workflow automation tools eliminate manual and repetitive tasks and includes document management, sales contract lifecycle management (CLM), and sales content management, providing a holistic view of customer relationships and enabling users to respond to stakeholder needs.
In 2016, the company added more than 175 new customers, with newest clients including Uber, Spotify, Valvoline®, Qlik and IKEA.
