SIM Partners, a Chicago, IL-based location marketing technology provider, raised $5m in funding.
The round was led by River Cities Capital Funds and Jump Capital.
Led by Jon Schepke, CEO, SIM Partners provides large businesses with multiple locations with location marketing automation platform to acquire and retain customers. Velocity, this is the name of the solution, features a location data management tool to drive visibility for local listings; a content management system that automates the creation of location-based content and experiences; and an insights platform to inform local content strategies.
The company, which has more than 50 clients and 40,000+ locations, intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Clients include Advocate Health Care, American Family Insurance, ATI Physical Therapy, Red Wing Shoes, Save-A-Lot, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and U.S. Bank.
