ReplyYes Raises $6.5m in Series A Funding

reply_yesReplyYes, a Seattle, WA-based e-commerce over mobile messaging platform for brands to engage and transact with their customers, raised $6.5m in Series A funding.

Backers included Madrona Venture Group, Cross Culture Ventures, Lowercase Capital, Muse Capital and Arnold Venture Group.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its platform to lifestyle brands.

Led by Dave Cotter, CEO, ReplyYes provides a platform to offer e-commerce over mobile messaging for brands looking to engage and transact directly with their audience. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), human-assisted AI, and integrated payments, the platform learns from customer feedback to enable brands to increase customer engagement, improve the mobile customer experience, and grow e-commerce revenue.
Brands using ReplyYes include Universal Music Group, The Edit vinyl record store, Origin Bound graphic novel store, and Lowercase Alpha.
