Polarity Raises $3.5M in Series A Funding

polarityPolarity, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial human memory-augmentation and collaboration platform, raised $3.5m in series A funding.

The round was led by Strategic Cyber Ventures with participation from Ron Gula, founder of Gula Tech Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Strategic Cyber Ventures’ Hank Thomas will join Polarity’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds for future product development of the platform and expansion of its engineering and technology development teams, as increase of the sales and marketing efforts.

Founded in 2014 by Paul Battista, CEO, Polarity provides a commercial memory-augmentation platform to financial institutions. It gives a new way for security and IT professionals to communicate in a manner that delivers crucial information to the right team members at the right time while minimizing mistakes.
