Medivet Partnership, LLP, a UK-based independent veterinary clinic operator, received a minority investment from Inflexion.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Inflexion’s Mark Williams has joined Medivet’s board on completion.
The company will use the funds to accelerate the business’s established acquisitive growth strategy.
Founded in 1986 and led by Arnold Levy, Chief Executive Officer, Medivet Partnership LLP, is a large independent veterinary clinic operator operating in the UK.
The company now operates over 160 practices.
