DMT Development Systems Group, Inc., a Winnipeg, Manitoba-based provider of management software for the auto industry, raised an undisclosed amount of funding.
The round was led by Sageview Capital. As part of this investment, Sageview partners Scott Stuart and Jeff Klemens have joined the DMT board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its suite of software products, hire more than 30 new staff for research and product development, and to continue its international market expansion, including new offices in Europe and North America.
Led by Glen Demetrioff, founder and CEO, DMT provides global automotive industry with SaaS software and systems focused on improving lead generation and management, information integration, and customer relations for both manufacturers and dealers. The company serves more than 1,700 clients in more than 20 languages in nearly 30 countries on three continents. DMT is headquartered on the University of Manitoba campus in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with offices in Toronto, Ontario, Paris, France and London, U.K.
