Icix, a San Bruno, CA-based supply chain risk management and compliance solutions for retail and manufacturing enterprises, secured $15.5m in financing.
Santa Monica-based Arrowroot Capital made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to further expand operations.
Led by David Marchand, CEO, ICIX provides cloud network and applications for retailers and manufacturers to get access to the extended supply chain and collaborate across trading partner networks for product safety, compliance and corporate social responsibility.
More than 20,000 businesses are active members of the ICIX network, including many of the world’s largest retailers and manufacturers, their trading partners and more than 50 testing, inspection and certification companies.
