Gimmal Receives Growth Investment from Rubicon Technology Partners

gimmalGimmal, a Houston, TX-based provider of information management, security and compliance software, received a growth investment from Rubicon Technology Partners.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds for accelerated market growth.

Founded by SVP Mike Alsup, and led by David Quackenbush, CEO, and newly added President and Chief Financial Officer Mark Johnson, Gimmal provides information management software that allows organizations to find information, govern content, improve business processes, and ensure records are in compliance on SharePoint and Office 365. The solution automates processes, helps achieve interoperability between SharePoint and SAP, and improves productivity across an organization.
