HyperScience Raises $18m in Series A Funding

hyperscienceHyperScience, a NYC- and Sofia, Bulgaria-based provide rof artificial intelligence solutions that aim to automate enterprise processes, raised $18m in Series A funding.

Backers included FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures. They joined previous seed investors Third Kind Venture Partners (Shana Fisher), AME Cloud Ventures, Slow Ventures, SV Angel, Acequia Capital and Box Group.

The company intends to use the funds to build the team and the business.

Co-founded by Peter Brodsky, Vladimir Tzankov, and Krasimir Marinov, HyperScience provides an artificial intelligence machine learning powered platform for large enterprises to perform business-critical functions. The company’s initial focus is on the world of enterprise back-office automation. Its HS Freeform product, for example, enables customers to have machines read and understand any kind of text, speeding up their response and processing times.
