Yottaa, Inc., a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of a SaaS eCommerce acceleration platform, raised $13m in funding.
The round was led by Stata Venture Partners with participation from existing investor General Catalyst.
The company intends to use the funds to grow all operational areas, including sales, marketing, engineering, and network operations, worldwide.
Led by newly appointed CEO Rich Stendardo, Yottaa provides a SaaS based platform for accelerating eCommerce which leverages a patented ContextIntelligence™ architecture to allow online businesses to accelerate, manage, and secure end user experiences on all devices in real-time with no code change.
Customers include Puma, Hallmark, Kraft, eBags, King Arthur Flour, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, Moosejaw, and more.
