CustomInk, a Fairfax, Virginia-based provider of custom apparel and accessories for groups and communities, raised a credit facility from ORIX Growth Capital and Square 1 Bank, a division of Pacific Western Bank.
The amount of the facility was not disclosed.
Founded in 2000 and led by Marc Katz, Chairman and CEO, CustomInk provides custom apparel and accessories for groups and events.
The company, which employs more than 1,600 people in in Fairfax, Charlottesville, Virginia; Reno, Nevada; Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California; Boston, Massachusetts; and Chicago, Illinois, combines an online lab with personal customer care to enable customers to create designs for any club, school, business, team, or charity.
In 2016, CustomInk acquired Represent, a Los Angeles-based social commerce startup that allows influencers like actors, athletes, musicians, and thought leaders to create and sell limited-run t-shirts and merchandise to their fans and followers.
