Zonar, a Seattle, USA-based smart fleet management technology provider, received a majority investment from Continental.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. With the investment, Continental will further expand its already existing product, solution and service portfolio in the area of mobility services for fleet management of commercial vehicles and aftermarket.
Established in 2001 and led by Ian McKerlich, President, Zonar is a technology solution provider that offers a range of fleet management offerings to public and private commercial vehicle fleets in North America.
The company employs a staff of over 300 in downtown Seattle, a regional office in Cincinnati, and a distribution center outside of Atlanta.
