Roomex, a Dublin, Ireland- and London, UK-based hotel booking platform for business travel, closed a €3.5m Series A funding.
The round was led by Frontline Ventures with participation from Paddy Holahan and Bobby Healy.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth through increased sales and marketing as well as further developing the technology platform.
Led by d Jack Donaghy, CEO, Roomex provides a hotel booking platform for to medium and large businesses to get access to live reporting, implement policy and control, fulfill Duty of Care requirements, know where staff are at all times on business travel.
There are currently over 550,000 hotels worldwide on the Roomex platform.
Clients include AIB, Musgrave Group, Sisk Group, Dairygold, Kepak, David Lloyd Leisure, TGI Fridays, Allianz and more.
