AX Trading Group, Inc., a NYC-based Electronic Trading Network, secured a $20m investment.
The source and the terms of the investment were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand expand its global technology presence into Europe and Asia.
Led by George O’Krepkie Chairman & CEO, AX Trading Group operates “Electronic Trading Network” (ETN), which allows institutional traders to proactively connect and trade with other counterparties in a secure environment.
AX Trading, LLC is a SEC-registered broker-dealer and Alternative Trading System (ATS) and is a member of FINRA and SIPC.
