Juniper Capital, a Houston, TX-based private equity firm focused on middle-market oil and gas companies, held the first close of its second fund, at $334.55m.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Juniper Capital II GP, L.P., has a final target of $500m. 76 investors participated in the raise.
