Eazytec Receives Equity Investment from Intel Capital

intelEazytec, a Jiangsu, China-based smart city development company, received an equity investment from Intel Capital.

The amount of the deal, which is part of a $38M total sum, which Intel Capital has invested in 12 technology startups, was not disclosed. According to a written note, Intel Capital has agreed to invest, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals.

Eazytec is smart city developer and service provider with proprietary core firmware (BIOS) technology, specializing in application software and firmware development, system integration, and data center services. Its headquarters and research park, located in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, have been identified as a national science and technology business incubator in China.
