Dealpath Raises $8M in Series A Funding

dpDealpath, a San Francisco, CA-based deal management and collaboration software platform for commercial real estate (CRE) investment and development teams, raised $8m in Series A financing.

Backers included Formation8, LeFrak, Milstein, Bechtel, Goldcrest Capital and Deep Fork Capital.

Founded in 2014 by Michael Sroka, CEO, Dealpath provides CRE deal teams with an intelligent software platform to centralize tasks, files, communications and reporting.
The solution can be adopted by individual professionals and teams in a self-service model, and is available in customized versions for larger enterprises with hundreds of users. Dealpath can be set up in minutes and incorporate data from other services like Esri, Outlook, Google, Box, Dropbox, and Yardi.
It is currently used by Millennium Partners, Cypress Equities, U.S. Restaurant Properties and more than other 100 firms.
