Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on software, data and technology-enabled businesses, acquired Regulatory DataCorp, Inc., a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based provider of risk and compliance software and data solutions to prevent financial crime.
Sellers included Bain Capital Ventures and others.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
