Elephant, a Boston, MA-based newly formed venture capital firm, closed its maiden fund at over $156m.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Elephant Partners I, LP, received commitments from 73 investors.
Led by Jeremiah Daly and Andrew Hunt, Elephant focuses on making investments in consumer internet, mobile and software startups.
