Customer Analytics Technologies Inc., the Chennai, India-based SaaS-based provider of customer experience management platform CloudCherry, raised $6M in Series A funding.
Backers included Vertex Ventures, Cisco Investments and IDG Ventures India.
The company intends to use the funds for CloudCherry’s global expansion, with a focus on the US, South East Asia and the Middle East.
Led by Vinod Muthukrishnan, Co-founder & CEO, CloudCherry is a real-time, Omni-channel Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform that allows customer-facing brands to track, measure & improve the customer journey. It works with brands like World of Titan, HDFC Bank, Central, Voonik, Caratlane and others.
