BDS Mobile Raises $685K in Equity Financing

BDS Mobile LOGOBDS Mobile, a Madison, Wis.-based provider of mobile messaging platform, raised $685k in “friends and family” equity financing.

The round was led by Badger Tech Investors.

The company, which has raised a total of almost $2m, plans to use the new funding to expand operations.

Led by William Towell, founder, BDS Mobile provides SmartEmoji, a mobile messaging platform that allow brands to directly engage with mobile customers featuring analytics tools to measure the return on their efforts.
The company recently launched buzzMSG, an app to create within text custom emoji to share across messaging and social apps.
