Venture Capital, Industry Ventures Hires Three

IndustryVenturesIndustry Ventures LLC, a San Francisco-based venture capital investment firm, hired three new professionals.

The firm made two additions to its investment team and one to the accounting and operations team.

In the investment team, Industry Ventures hired Nate Leung as Vice President and Justine Huang as Associate.
Leung most recently led technology partnerships at Optimizely, and prior to that, led business operations at NuOrder, an ecommerce technology company. He was a team member at Bain Capital Ventures and The Boston Consulting Group where obtained and refined his skills in deal sourcing, analyzing and transaction strategies.
Huang was an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs focusing on medical technology and devices, along with covering software and internet companies as a summer analyst at Goldman. As an intern / analyst at Industry Ventures, she researched and helped complete numerous investments.
In addition, Christopher Hipple has joined the firm’s accounting and operations team as an Accounting Manager. He was a Fund Controller for Standish Management, a provider of private equity fund administrations services.

Led by Hans Swildens, CEO, Industry Ventures focuses on venture capital via secondary investments, primary fund of funds investments and direct co-investments.
Founded in 2000, the firm manages over $3 billion of institutional capital. Headquartered in San Francisco, it also has an office in Washington, D.C.
