Seed Stage Venture Capital Firm Boldstart Ventures Raises Over $21M for Third Fund

boldstart-vcBoldstart Ventures, a NYC-based seed stage venture capital firm focused on enterprise tech, raised over $21m in the first close of its third fund.

According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 37 backers participated in the offering of Boldstart Ventures III L.P., which has a final target of $45m.

Led by Ed Sim, Eliot Durbin and Jeff Leventhal, Boldstart Ventures typically invests $400-$750k in the seed rounds of startups developing SaaS 2.0, IT Enterprise “Googlization” and Smart Data solutions.
