Nanusens Raises €1.3m in Funding

Nanusens, a Cerdanyola del Valles, Spain-based nanodevices company, raised €1.3m in funding.

Backers included Caixa Capital Risc, Inveready, via its Inveready Technology Investment Fund, and minority investors.

The company intends to use the funds to develop its products and prepare for production.

Founded in 2014 by Josep Montanyà, Daniel Fernández and Marc Llamas, Nanusens focues on designing microeletronics devices for mobile, automation, wearables, AI and Internet of Things built on MEMS (Micro Electrical Mechanical Systems) circuits based on CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxyde Semiconductor) technology.
The company counts 4 patents.
