Lyke, a Jakarta, Indonesia-based fashion & beauty app, raised close to $4m in Series A venture capital funding.
The round was led by Holtzbrinck Ventures, with participation from Singapore-based APACIG.
Founded in 2015 and led by Bastian Purrer, CEO, Lyke is an interactive mobile app for fashion stores in Indonesia which recently reached 1 million downloads (within 6 months after launch). Users can shop from more than 150 shops, and follow their favorite stores in order to receive personalized notifications for new arrivals and the latest discounts.
They can chose from more than 150,000 items and purchase from within the application using bank transfer, credit cards or Indomaret payments.
The app is available for both Android and iOS.
