Glint Raises $27M in Series C Funding

glintGlint, a Redwood City, CA-based real-time employee engagement platform, raised $27m in Series C funding.

The round, which brought total funding to date to $50M, was led by Meritech Capital Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, as well as returning investors Norwest Venture Partners, and Shasta Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the addition of innovative capabilities to its platform and grow its team.

Launched in February 2015 by Jim Barnett, CEO, Glint allows organizations to improve employee engagement, retention and performance by leveraging artificial intelligence and real-time people data to give managers a holistic view of an organization’s health, the insight to predict problems, and direction to take action.
The solution is used by organizations such as AOL, Blue Apron, Sky, the UK’s largest entertainment company, and others.
