Elation Health (formerly known as ElationEMR), a San Francisco, CA-based patient-focused care platform for physicians, raised $15m in Series B funding.
The round was led by DFJ, with participation from Martha Marsh and Charlie Cheever.
The company, which is also backed by Aberdare Ventures, will use the funds to expand operations.
Founded by Kyna and Conan Fong, Elation Health has developed a cloud-based care platform that connects patients to their providers in a dynamic health information network, enabling providers in different organizations to share information and collaborate on mutual patients at the point of care.
