DC Capital Partners, an Alexandria, VA-based private equity investment firm, held the first close of its second fund, at $139.4m.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 36 backers participated in the offering of DC Capital Partners Fund II, L.P., which has a final target of $350m.
